FUEL CONSUMPTION MONITORING — REFUEL AND WITHDRAWAL DATA

VEPAMON OÜ develops and supplies telematics components for system integrators and complete solutions as telematics systems for final customers.

We focus on accurate fuel level detection in the tank and calculation of the real fuel consumption rates of the motor vehicle, heavy equipment, earth moving machine, diesel generator, or any other machine powered by diesel or gasoline engine.

Special software reveals the events of refueling the tank and withdrawal from it. This knowledge prevents the fraud (theft) and unauthorized use of the fuel. The accurate and reliable LLS fuel level sensors link a data logger, on board computer, ECU, AVL or GSM/GPRS communication system via RS232 or RS485 digital interface.


IN-TANK FUEL LEVEL DETECTION — DIGITAL FUEL LEVEL SENSOR

LLS series fuel level sensors were designed to meet the requirements of vehicle monitoring and telematics, as fuel level information source for on board computer, data logger or communication device.

 

The general features:

  • Resolution 1024 points.
  • Output interface RS232 or RS485.
  • Proper length adjustment by simple cut on the field.
  • The calibration procedure allows to detect the fuel level in a tank of irregular shape.
  • Operating media: diesel oil, gasoline.
  • Standard length of the probe: 700 mm, 1000 mm.
  • No moving parts.
